She's held senior HR leadership roles across consumer tech, media, and agency environments — from scaling global teams at Fandom to leading the people function at Outcast, a Silicon Valley PR agency whose client roster included OpenAI, Amazon, and Salesforce. Her approach has always been the same: strategy first, execution always, and no patience for HR that moves slower than the business.
